The included cleaning specifications will be discussed with you on the initial free quote visit by one sales manager and will be added to your sites cleaning specifications. The specifications will include daily, weekly, fortnightly quarterly and yearly duties that are needed to maintain the overall cleanliness and sanitation of your business. Some of the basic specifications are wiping the desks and horizontal surfaces, collection of rubbish, cleaning of toilets and kitchen.

We do not want our customers to be worried about maintaining a certain stock of cleaning materials. Our friendly Sales Manager will visit the premise to discuss your needs and the cost will depend on how much time, how much material and what type of equipment needed for a cleaner to perform the cleaning that is required for your business.

No, you can cancel service anytime without any penalties. You can cancel your service at any given time, either online or over the phone. We have no lock-in contracts that you need to worry about. Please note: we prefer all cancellations being made with given 1 week notice.

If you are not satisfied with your service, please email our office with details regarding what might have been an issue and include all relevant photos.. For example, if you aren’t getting enough of a clean in the timeframes you can afford, then you can try to assign certain areas of importance to the cleaner. We will aim to provide a re-clean within 2-4 days of the initial service for any missed/unsatisfactory areas and/or look at an appropriate discount if required.

No, we do not charge extra on weekend and public holiday. So you can lay back and enjoy your weekend plan while knowing your venue is still gonna be cheaned with no extra charge during weekend and public holiday.

Generally, yes. We always endeavour to match you with a cleaner who will continue your service ongoing for long term, however there are occasions such as public holidays, illnesses, emergencies and travel/holidays that may impact your usual cleaner being sent to your venue, We always try our very best to give you plenty of notice of any changes made to your service, but unfortunately, there are things that are out of our control that may impact your service on the day booked. We can guarantee a regular cleaner for minimum 3 month cleaning. No matter what happens your assigned area manager is always the same.
